"I was in Snowshoe to enjoy the great outdoors and really didn’t care much about my hotel set up. that being said, I was pleasantly surprised. The property was gorgeous and the room nicely appointed. Definitely appreciated having radiant heat in the floor of the bathroom, even though it was summer! Look forward to coming back and enjoying a winter with you you need to use the fireplace in the room‼️❤️ no"

"The bed should have been made and new towels supplied for the second night. Otherwise, everything was fine, clean, convenient."

"Staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were overall very nice but when we arrived at the room we were staying in, they did not swap out towels with fresh ones. There was a completely used towel from a previous guest in the shower."

"Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort."
