"If you value beauty and tranquility then this is your place. Hotel La Palma was gorgeous. The staff were great and friendly. The location was perfect, you are able to see the coastline and the mountains. It is conveniently located near the train station so if you’d like to go into a busier area you have that option. My accommodation included complementary breakfast and it was so good! It had a lot to offer which was nice. "

"We wanted an elegant Italian hotel full of style, and this hotel certainly delivered. Our room was upgraded to a lake view, presumably because the hotel wasn’t full. Everywhere you looked there was art work, beautiful decor and a luxurious feel, without being overwhelming. The staff could not be more helpful and professional, particularly the concierge. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. The bed was quite firm and the cute balcony would have been the perfect place to sit and relax looking at the lake, had it not been for the weather - it rained! However, we would love to return to the hotel some time in the future, with fingers crossed for sunshine."

"Stayed here for 1 night on our way up to Cervinia. Close to Malpensa airport, approx 15 min drive, plenty of parking, had a late flight but desk still manned at 23.30. Family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect. Good sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Several supemarkets nearby (we used Lidl) to stock up before driving up to the mountains. Great price for 4 people inc breakfast. "

"It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation"
