It was a bit far away, but in a quiet environment. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The breakfast could have had more healthy options. The hotel was next to a big convinience store which was nice.

The Vercelli Palace is a nice hotel. But we only found one restaurant within walking distance. But they had the best pizza of our whole trip! The breakfast buffet at this hotel was excellent!

The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years.

The restaurant and cleaning staff are nice. However, I have been traveling for years as part from my job, the worst receptionists I've ever dealt with are in this hotel, they are absolutely helpless & slackers, it's not a language barrier, they just don't want to do the simplest jobs, and if you dare to ask them politely, they don't hesitate to roll their eyes and huff & buff! It wasn't one time, many times until I was intimidated to speak to them or even make eye contact whenever I leave or arrive to the hotel! Honestly shocking.

Albergo situato alla periferia della città, ma comunque raggiungibile dal centro in una ventina di minuti a piedi. Ampio parcheggio libero, stanza spaziosa e pulita, personale cortese. Unica pecca una squadra di calcio di ragazzini che ha fatto man bassa di tutto il buffet della colazione, che,peró, doveva essere rifornito. Se l’orario previsto è dalle 7 alle 10, non posso alle 8,30 trovare i vassoi vuoti. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Qualche scomodità ma ok per soggiorni brevi

Posizione periferica e comoda da raggiungere in auto. Check-in veloce, personale discreto e gentile, sia in reception che in sala colazioni. Colazione buona e varia. Camere datate ma tenute bene e pulite. Non molto comodo il letto (materasso piuttosto duro), scomodi i rubinetti in bagno e per me molto fastidiosi gli ascensori con scarsissima luce. Va comunque bene per soggiorni brevi.

L' hotel è un' po' datato ma nel complesso con tutte le comodità standard che ci si possono aspettare, il ristorante non è aperto all'ora di pranzo e nel circondario non ci sono alternative in quanto la zona resta comunque isolata, il letto della mia camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di un topper, per non avere la sensazione delle molle del materasso sul corpo, la stanza troppo afosa, il climatizzatore regolabile solo dalla reception, ascensore buio da dover usare il proprio cellulare per illuminare la tastiera con i numeri dei piani, colazione al buffet, ampio parcheggio scoperto antistante all' Hotel, molto affollato in quanto ho beccato l'inaugurazione del supermercato Tigros adiacente al complesso abitativo. Il mio modesto voto per questa struttura resta comunque un 7.
