「No cumplía con lo que ofrecían por su pagina no había hervidor de Agua, lavadora de ropa, la cama sonaba cuando ibas a dormir, les escribimos y pidieron disculpas pero nunca lo solucionaron, la verdad deberían dejar de ofrecer este alojamiento, van a decepcionar a los clientes el edificio por fuera está en reparación y por dentro está un sucio en la parte del ascensor, decepcionados del departamento」

「Ubicación muy buena con tranvía y metro cercano. Supermercado muy cercano y zona tranquila. El personal ha sido muy amable y preocupado, llegamos tarde y nos facilitaron igualmente el checking. El apartamento y la habitación impecable, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Un sitio al que volveríamos encantados!」

「It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! 」

「On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again」
