「Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good...

「Excellent service et le personnel est adorable. Je recommande fortement !」

「Ottimo hotel, grande parcheggio sotterraneo. Stanza ampia pulita silenziosa. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale molto disponibile e professionale」

「Colazione buona e personale gentile」

「We absolutely LOVED our stay! The room was big and so comfortable! It was immaculately clean. They offered robes and slippers. The pool, restaurant and buffet were all beautiful and well-maintained. Sabrina the owner and the staff at the restaurant」

「The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and it was possible to get water for free. Beds were comfortable and convenient for a family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights and we had a good time. Only thing is that you need a car to move around.」

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

「A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.」

「Bellissima location」

「The front desk’s staffs are very nice. Through over 12 hr flying, so exhausted, they heard my wish to early check in to let me take a deep rest. I am very appreciating about what they do for me. Room is clear, the shower space is a little bit small, but it doesn’t matter. The breakfast’s food is so delicious. Remember the room card cannot close to your phone, or it may let me go to find front desk so many times. Lol.」

「People here are very friendly, and the room is very clean.」

「This hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful views overlooking lake orta. Beautiful walkway on the lake and the city was amazing and very walkable. Beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom! Great shower and double sinks. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We missed the breakfast as we had an early departure but it looked fantastic! Beautiful room and lots of selections.」
