Pros. Pool. Staff. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows are like sleeping on a rock very little sleep even though it’s quiet. Middle of nowhere . Train station is a good 25 mini walk to get to Turin in an hour walking through a not so great town. We paid for a driver to pick us up which was €25 euros each way so it’s not exactly cheap but there are no taxis. Food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is and fussy for no apparent reason. There is a restaurant around 5 mins walk which is ok but again fussy food. 25 minute walk to any other restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for tourists tbh. It’s ok if you have family in the area you’re visiting but not really anything else. Breakfast is like a b&b and runs out quickly without being restocked. Superior rooms are far from superior. I read a review to not look too close and I suggest you don’t. Lots of cobwebs it’s old so I get it but they can make it more comfortable if they tried. If you like the old rustic Italian town with not much here then go for it. Not for me couldn’t wait to leave it which is really sad when on holiday. Oh and be careful of bugs they bite like hell.

Magnifique cadre … mais attention au restaurant

Tres bel établissement dans un style architectural d’époque . Service très attentionné. Belle piscine . Situation très au calme dans un parc. Le petit déjeuner buffet de très bonne facture est compris dans le prix dans la chambre . Très bonne surprise ! Seuls bémols : Nous avions choisi la suite familiale car la description indiquée un lit double et 2 lits simples, alors qu’il s’agissait d’un lit double et d’un canapé lit . Il s’avère qu’en plus le canapé lit était très bruyant à chaque mouvement de nos enfants. C’est d’autant plus dommage car la suite est très grande, belle et bien agencée. Autre bémol: le restaurant. Les plats n’étaient pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et les plats étaient 30 à 50% plus chers que dans les restaurants aux alentours

Dejlig ferie på slot med lækker pool og tennisbane

Dejlige store familieværelser, med gode senge og en fin lille minibar. Herregården eller rettere slottet er smukt, men også lidt slidt her og der hvilket i vores tilfælde blot øger charmen for stedet. Der er en fantastisk lækker pool, som er ren og velholdt samt en hyggelig og stille atmosfære omkring poolen. Morgenmaden indtages i hovedbygningen. Her får man en fin continental breakfast med både røræg, bacon, toast, frugt og pålæg som kan nydes i de fine gemakker eller i haven. Der er en udmærket tennisbane til rådighed som kan lånes uden betaling. Ketscher og bolde udleveres.

Vi kommer gerne igen - Historisk vingesus.

En helt enestående og unik oplevelse at bo på dette tidligere kongelige sommerresidens fra 1700-tallet, hvor man mærker historiens vingesus, da mange af slottets rum fremstår oprindeligt og med patina. Mange hyggelige udeområder, tillader mulighed for at finde ro og fordybelse. Personalet er imødekommende og venlige. Restauranten serverer typiske italienske lokale retter. Værelset vi havde var stort og rummeligt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

De accommodatie was echt top, we hadden een familiekamer waar we met 4 prima in konden slapen en nog veel ruimte over hadden. Het zwembad was prima. Het is een soort paleisachtige gebouw, mooie vertrekken en vriendelijk personeel. Je kon in het hotel ook eten, maar dan kreeg je een standaard menu, dit wilden we niet, dus zijn in een soort afhaalrestaurant/eenvoudige bistrot op loopafstand gaan eten. De wandeling ernaartoe, 800 meter, vanaf de uitgang van het hotel maakte op ons een verlaten indruk, alles leek afgesloten in het dorpje. Maar het hotel zelf was een oase van rust en luxe.
