I was very appreciative that the owner saw the booking quick and met us when we parked, introduced himself and made sure we were all set to check in. Appreciate the extra effort. The balcony of my room ended up being a perfect spot to take pictures of the northern lights during my stay. I came during the shoulder season so it wasn't super crowded. While I didn't personally take advantage of it, the kitchen was a great amenity that would be useful for those wanting to cook a small meal.
