「The staff was amazing, literally took us to our room and showed us around ! Then we ordered door dash and they delivered it to the front desk and instead of calling for us to come grab it, he brought it to our room! Talk about impressed ! Went above and beyond ! 」

「Hotel is being renovated. I got one of the updated rooms. Comfortable bed but no chairs to set in. Had a few issues with things not working properly. But their people came and fixed the issues. I will stay again next time I’m in Albuquerque 」
