"The room looked clean, but our feet turned black after walking on the tile. We had just showered and only walked barefoot to the bed to put socks on. Also, they downgraded us to a double room because we had a dog and they were out kings. Which is fine, but then they wouldn't adjust the price because we hadn't booked directly with them. The highpoint of the stay was breakfast and Shari, the breakfast attendant. She was super helpful and friendly. Her green sauce was delicious!"

"The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. The coffee pot was missing the piece where you put the coffee pod so I took it to the front desk and asked for a replacement. The young man working said he would bring me the piece or a new pot. He never did. The next morning I took the pot back to the front desk and there was a different young man who didnt even get up just said they didnt have any spare coffee pots. He kept the one I brought so I hope they don't try try and charge me for it!"
