"Worsted stay ever. Customer service non-existent. 3 day stay and room never got cleaned. Pool constantly closed. Staff acted as if you were bothering them if you asked a question. Casino nasty as hell. I went next door to Baileys to enjoy their amenities and restaurants. "

"The staff was efficient and the location was very clean. If there is more than one person you will want to ask for more towels. The internet connects to Wi-fi but is not secure, not sure why a password was given for an open network. Overall a decent stay."

"Carpet was very worn and stained, furniture was very dirty under glass tops, overall room was very worn. Needs deep cleaning. Check-in was easy and clerk was nice but they gave me a room someone was already in. Had to go back to front desk and get another room. Room was certainly not worth the $300 cost for one night. Rooms are almost triple price on a weekend night compared to a weekly night. "

The rest of the staff left something to be desired but overall we had a great trip. No microwaves in rooms. Valet was not available and outdoor bar wasnt open. We tried all of the restaurants and the food was amazing at each"

"Room was disgusting....floor not swept, things sticking to our feet. Toilet paper didnt't have a holder, shower disgusting wouldnt take a shower. Heater didn't work. Dogs barking and people knocking on our room door...felt unsafe."
