"Stunning hotel and located well for business and pleasure. Big Ben is on full view from the front of the hotel and is only a brisk walk across Westminster bridge. Great food options and the English breakfast was delicious. My only gripe was the huge face of a woman on the wardrobe doors in my room. You certainly get a shock when you turn over during the night and see her peeping at you in the dark!!!"

"Excellent location. I had a twin bed room and it was small but had everything you need. Water was instantly hot (which isn't always a given) and there was a safe and extra blanket in the room. Only issue is the elevators are painfully slow. One day I had to wait over 5 minutes for one to show on my floor. A lot of people using the stairs but they are not well marked and are very twisty."

"This hotel is a decent choice for a stay in downtown Copenhagen. The hotel was extremely busy during my stay due to the marathon in the city which I was not aware of when I booked. Copenhagen is an extremely expensive city (think Manhattan prices). For the price I paid I was expecting it to be a little nicer but this is a decent crash pad in a good location. There is a first floor lounge that was always packed with people hanging out. There is self-checkin using a computer kiosk and they charge for luggage storage. Breakfast was a decent value for the price but basic."

"The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and room size was sufficient. They provided an iron , an ironing board, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. There was no coffee machine or plugs near the bed. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. There was also a bar. The location was walkable to many sites and tranportation."

"Great breakfast You have to keep logging on to the WiFi but it works well You don’t have your room cleaned unless you request it the day before so you can never get a clean on day one Massive hotel but lifts work well V difficult to use the stairs if you want to be fit"
