"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."

"My child loved the games room, cinema and amazing curly slide. Really nice room with double bed and section for children’s area with bunk bed and privacy curtain. Stayed here many times. Right next to theme park."

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge was everything we were hoping for. It was centrally located so was an easy walk to everything. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very quiet despite being in very busy area."
