「We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you.」

「The staff was very helpful. We said our room was too warm and were shown how to open the tricky window plus we were given a fan. We asked for a kettle and tea bags and were given them immediately. There are always cookies for guests in the lobby. All in all a lovely place to stay in Stockholm」

「A beautiful old building in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel was very comfortable, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Our room wasn't that big, and the shower was on the compact side, but for a two- night stay it was fine.」
