「O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso e limpo e com excelente vista. Café da manhã bom, sem variedade. O grande problema é que o hotel recebe diversos eventos, casamentos etc. E os hóspedes são deixados de lado é impossível usar os serviços de piscina, restaurante e bar. Os atendentes não dão atenção e pedem paciência e se você vai para relaxar é quase impossível. Nos quatros dias que estive no hotel só aproveitei um sem eventos. 」

「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」
