"Hotel Laxa is located by lake myvatn, a little further away from all the farmhouses which puts in a quiet location with views all round of Myvatn and still convenient. The staff at hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a nice bar with quiet places for work and a game room as well. I stayed for 3 nights and loved it, and would highly recommend."

"The rooms was very nice. The adjoining botanical gardens were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing. My only minor complaint was that the bathrooms were not very close to the room."
