「Very nice room, but several issues, especially second night. Fridge was froze up and unusable, toilet wasn’t working properly, sliding pocket door to bathroom would catch and was nearly impossible to open, then air conditioning went out in the entire building the second night (we had 4 rooms for our group and all were without a/c) and nothing was said and no discount was offered when we checked out even though room was around 90 degrees. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel!」
