"Always had a wonderful time with my family when we are here room was very clean. You said it were comfortable looked it."

"Only negative thing I found wrong was the elevator and location. It was slow and small. The stairway needs painted and more lighting added so its not so creepy. The hotel staff and breakfast was really the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay in Topeka. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The server was so nice and honestly a joy to talk to."

"The area around the hotel has a lot of homeless folks. We did not have any negative experience because of it, but it’s worth knowing if you decide to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, but the condition of the room overall wasn’t great. But for the price, it’s about what we expected or better. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the staff was friendly. "

"The staff was great! Hotel was very clean. Room was superb! Only thing missing was a microwave in the room."

"Staff were unprofessional. Eating their meal while checking in guests at a make shift folding table work area. There are renovations of the lobby happening- but travelers would only know if you inquired directly on Hyatt web site. No mention of this on the hotels app. Lessons learned. Breakfast was served in a make shift torn up meeting room that was accessible by walking outside and around to the back of the building. Please check ahead of time where ever you plan to stay!!"
