My significant other had asked for another blanket at the front desk and was told "We don't have anymore and the laundry lady has already left for the night". I did not trust leaving belongings unattended. AC issues in room. Badly maintained property, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. "

"My room was clean and bathroom spacious. The manager sent a text to guests when a weather emergency occurred to let everyone know where to go and also followed up to make sure my stay was going well "

"The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn "
