「Nice hotel for the price」

「This room was booked almost 30 days in advance with the trip insurance via hotels.com. That being said, upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation on file. The gentleman could sense our distress and was very accommodating. Thankfully he had a room available (for 2 nights over MEA weekend). The room was very clean and cozy with soft bedding and coordinating thick bathroom towels. Larger fridge. The shower is a bit on the small side but it had 2 celing heaters. 「I was very nervous after reading the reviews but we had a great stay. It's nothing fancy but the staff was great, the room had a beautiful view and it served its purpose. This location alone is worth the price we paid, which you're not going to find cheaper in Grand Marais. I mean, you're next door to World's Greatest Doughnuts!
