"The lights on the wall did not work the key reader stopped working in the middle of the night when I had to come back from the store there was shortstaff so there was no housekeeping plus the electricity was off during the day because of some construction that they were doing"

"Use to be my favorite place to stay when visiting Duluth. Hotel appears tired and worn. Bathroom had grout missing, loose tiles, signs of bath mat in tub (residue) but no bath mat. The in room coffee pot had an old, moldy coffee filter in it. Decent but not what it use to be. "

"It was quiet and away enough from downtown Duluth that it was easy to get to, but close enough that downtown was only about a 10 minute drive, if that. "

"The staff was great! They had a nice little lobby with chairs & coffee, which was nice because we arrived well before check in and so we hung out in the lobby chatting until our rooms were ready. The hotel was very busy with what looked like several youth soccer treams staying with them. But the staff was so helpful, taking the time to answeing our questions & helping us."
