「Run down, room wasn’t ready for check in. Not a $300+ place.」

「When I checked in Wade was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. The staff is great, the rooms are very nice and the property is always very quiet. Whenever we visit the Iron Range area this is our first choice for a place to stay」

「Property has no elevator. I am 80 y/o not 18. Your advertising should reflect that and/or give choice of ground floor accommodations. Shower had no grab bars. I realize a shower surround presents some problems in installation but not unsolvable. We put men on the moon some 58 years ago. Grab or assist bars on a shower surround should be attainable.」

「The view was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. There was a smoky odor in the room, either from the fireplaces in the other units or from the firepit outside. The floor plan of the bathroom in the third-floor room was odd. The open door blocked the sink. We had a little trouble figuring out the A/C controls, so the room was a little too warm. We greatly appreciated the free EV charging stations. They were never ICEd while we were there. We underestimated how tiring the 32 stair steps...
