「very close to main street」

「Loved the outside patio area. 」

「Wonderful location and the outside decks are very nice. We stayed two nights, while we didn't eat dinner either night in the restaurant, we did get the most wonderful limoncello cake the first night. However, the breakfast on both mornings was nothing to be excited about. Coffee was out on the first day and the staff didn't care when told, French toast was cold, and the scones almost raw; bacon was the only redeeming item. The second morning was no better, pancakes were cold and scones still...

「I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Some negatives that were minor to me, but may be important to you are: the pool and hot tub looked like they needed more attention, the gym had a funky smell, and breakfast was disappointing. Some very strong positives are: it was very quiet, safe, good location to go to Main Street but out of the hustle and bustle, very clean, staff was friendly, we enjoyed the whirlpool tub, staff gave us a paper to fill out if we needed anything done in our...

「The pool area is great (9ft deep at one end!) and unique (under an attrium) but the chlorine smell in the rooms around that area is STRONG. I would have preferred that to what our other room smelled like -- the pungent odor of it being a formerly smoking room. Because the hotel is very popular and was very busy we did not request a different room as I am not sure there would have been any alternatives that just smelled neutral (like nothing) or "fresh" or whatever. Generally everything was fine...

「I got into the shower, and when I went to wash my hair, the shampoo dispenser was empty. I had brought no shampoo with me, and had no one with me to get some from the hotel. I used body wash to wash my hair. Very frustrating! 」
