「When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night」

「This property does not provide breakfasts. You cannot get extra towels, it was a one for one exchange which is absolutely absurd. They didn’t even have hand towels to dry your hands off, you had to use up one of the two washcloths they gave you. When I asked about getting extra towels there was one guy that was very condescending in his tone when I asked him questions. The bed was very uncomfortable and was very squeaky when you would get on it and turn during the night. The bed slid around...
