Pool/hot tub area had never been opened by 3:45 pm. Asked the front desk clerk to go down to open it. He wasn’t sure he had the key, but he was able to find it. He was a nice guy Saturday)
No towels in the pool area.
Sunday morning, we were eating in the breakfast area, and they ran out of coffee. I looked around for about 5 minutes and didn’t see any staff, so I walked out to the front desk and nicely told the clerk. He replied, “ I don’t work in there” I told him I know, but hoped you would let them know. Clerk was male, short dark brown hair, with at least 4 ear piercings and a black leather studded bracelet.
Shower was only warm even with the knob turned all the way to the red (hot).
Not a terrible stay, but definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards.
