"Mixed experience. Great staff who are helpful. But the central AC did not work and they had to hook up window AC. Props to the team for solving the AC problem, but this is a known issue, talking to their staff. Room cleanliness was also not up there when arrived. I expect a little bit more from Best Western series. Before I would blindly choose BW for a flawless experience. From now on, I'd have to do more research. "
