"I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia by IHG for a birthday celebration, and I was so impressed by all the little touches—like the chocolate treat in our room and the late checkout, which was such a generous gift. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left behind an item I’ve had since childhood. I didn’t notice until I was already back at school, and both my mom and I called desperately, hoping it hadn’t been thrown away. When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. I drove back that night to pick it up, and not only was it returned to me with a smile—they had washed it as well. That meant the world to me. Thank you for going above and beyond. "Absolutely loved my stay! I was in my room for about 10 minutes and the lady from the front desk called just to make sure everything was to my liking! Loved that! But the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful! The room was very nice and clean and very spacious! Overall I’d definitely stay again for sure. And the shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus! "
