Great weekend get away!

The staff, manager, location, and pool were really fantastic. You can tell they are making improvements and updates to the facilities. I assume outside and inside. The room/AC unit was dated but everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner or manager and staff were very very helpful and friendly. We would happily return!

Irish weekend

Came down last minute for irish weekend. Rates where very reasonable. The couple behind the desk couldn’t have been anymore pleasant with us and gave us a better room upon check in. Much appreciated thanks. Room was clean and in an awesome location. Would definitely return

Super convenient to the beach and for a low price (relatively speaking). Easily walkable to the boardwalk. Grills right outside the rooms. Pool was very clean. Plenty of dining options all around, many walkable. Owners were helpful and friendly. It's not new or fancy, but the location is great.

Nice hotel, could have been more updated. I had a two bedroom but the air conditioning was in the living room so the rooms were hot. The owner was so nice and very helpful.

The staff was accommodating and nice. We had an issue with housekeeping and I brought my concerns to the owner's attention and they corrected the issue. To me, that’s great customer service. This is a nice family motel. Convenient. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. I will stay here again.

Disappointing

Rooms need improvement. Rugs old and musty smell in the room. Outside of fridge was rusty, and there was a well used/old sponge in the kitchen. We found a water bottle and fish crackers under the bed. Cleanliness overall was sub par. Pool was clean and nice and close to beach.

Window type AC Unit in dining rm area which when the bedroom door was closed The bedroom room had no AC. The bedroom light fan combination only the fan worked and the outlet next to the bed was non working so no lighting in the bedroom. Overall a very underwhelming place.

Don’t stay here

You pay for location I regards to the beach only! Place is extremely outdated. Only 1 old fashion air conditioner for entire 2 bedroom suite. AC located in kitchen/living room area. Bathrooms with such old tile it was like shower in an old college dorm with flip flops on. The decor and furniture was from the 1960s. Garbage from previous renter found behind couch. The outside pool in very poor condition. Would not recommended to anyone.

poor description of property, pool closed hours earlier then stated, lock was not up to code, no inside latch & didn't realize the handle was unlocked (the old kind that turns if it's locked if not), we had a different guest come in and get in bed with my 11 y.o niece. the weekend was traumatic and horrible, I asked for a refund. They offered a 2 hour later checkout. I made sure we were out earlier then the original checkout. Save your money, Place is overpriced and always has availability for a reason. 😞

What a bummer

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 day/3 night stay. There was also a couple of situations that happened while we were there. One with a legit naked girl going into another families room and then a literal crack pipe being broken on the ground by a families wife with lots of screaming and drama. Apparently the ‘user’ was an employee of the hotel. Not the quiet drama free weekend away we had hoped for and definitely a downer to have to clean up the broken glass so my 2 year old didn’t get cut. For the price we paid I can promise you we would never even begin to consider staying again.

It was very dirty and old. Sink dripped our entire stay. No air conditioning in the bedroom. Refrigerator very loud and shelves broken. Outlets didn't have covers. Pool was not heated. What else would you like me to say. And they had the nerve to charge us for 2 additional people in our room which slept 4 to begin with.
