「This is a very nice place if you decide to stay few days in Negombo. The owner is a very nice host. We arrived very late at night ( 2am) and we had no problem to check in. Very good value for the money if you need a simple convenient place to stay while in Negombo.」

「Rasika a member of staff was awesome. He seemed to do everything, from cooking to serving to carrying your bags. He went over and above. Great value for miney and the food was good and large portions.」

We have now 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and First Location we give 5 Stars Isuru Buildet a very Lovely Place there and is very helpful from breakfast to Dinner. Its close to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonaruwa. We Are driving with pur own Car, the Location is easy to find, Car parking is inside the Area. The private area is Safe with a fence arround. 「Fabulous breakfast and excellent service！ Hotel is clean with enough facilities in the room. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Breakfast was rich with many items! A fruit platter with a variety of fruits was one of the items for the breakfast. On one day, I mentioned that I like papaya only. Then on the next day, I was surprised that they remembered it and prepared a whole plate of papaya to me! That was so warm indeed! Special thanks :) 」
