I had a fall at the bottom of some stairs and they provided first aid to stop my leg bleeding and arranged transport to a nearby hospital. It was a very busy day at the hotel as there was a Kite Festival. a big wedding, and fireworks display all at that time, as well as total traffic chaos. The manager also visited me at the hospital the next day to check if everything was okay."
