10/10 Excellent

"This was a perfect place to take my family. My kids are 7, 14, and 16. Perfect location to walk everywhere. We took a Lyft a few times because of the heat. Free breakfast and free dinner. Easy parking system. Clean. Free popcorn in the lobby in the evenings. Nice rooftop patio. The only thing we did not like was the pool - it was just a typical hotel pool, echoing room, lots of chlorine, no windows, just meh. But still a 5 star stay."

"The room was not clean after the first night, and I had to contact the front desk to request housekeeping service. There was also a noticeable mildew smell in the room. While the extreme 100-degree weather may have contributed to this, it still should not have been an issue. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout my stay. However, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and despite the staff's efforts, they were unable to resolve the problem. On a positive note, the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance."

"Property is a beautiful, historic building in a convenient location off the freeway. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with the exception of no central air. A loud, mobile air unit was in two of the rooms. The blinds in one room could not close because of a missing wand. Also the roku was not working. Keep in mind hotel room is near train tracks. Staff was kind enough to meet us at the parking area door to let us into the building so that we could conveniently check in (some parking is near an amtrak station)."
