During the evening we had a spill that they claimed couldnt be reused. I had ask why the $200? These are old, stained, sheets. You charging me for brand new bedding. Than they used their cultural language on me. " oh, we dont understand". The cleaning lady laughed at us as we told her about it. They try at any experience to rip you off. "
