「Very enjoyable stay」

「We loved our stay at Island House hotel! They had everything we needed and more. It’s a very lowkey friendly atmosphere, with some longer term guests and others just passing through as we were. It was well stocked and had great amenities, close to the beach and fun/family friendly. Very kind staff and helpful! One thing that could be a bit bothersome is guests are permitted to smoke outside of rooms and around the pool and we did find a regular presence of smoke in the air (not in the room at...

「Property and restaurants were very nice. Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. We did not receive any compensation. Would not stay here again.」

「Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.」
