"Clean and nice"

"We were greeted with friendliness the minute we arrived at Drury Plaza…the Valet was pleasant…the front desk staff were helpful and informative about the amenities at the hotel and things to do in the area. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast in the morning and were very happy with a complimentary dinner in the evening!!! Especially since it was raining and we didn’t want to go out. I would highly recommend the Drury in Cleveland, OH. "

"I just need a clean room to sleep in. The room and building were clean, however the bed was so soft, it was impossible to sleep in comfortably. I slept on the floor. Breakfast was very minimal but acceptable."

"There was a ruckus around midnight involving the staff, security and a neighbouring room, so sleep was quite disturbed."

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"The hotel was pretty clean. Lobby area looks up to date, rooms are not. The beds are not great at all and no comforters just sheets to sleep with. Hot tub was down while we were there so we were very bummed and the pool area has garbage backs hanging on the ceiling which was a little concerning. Typical hotel breakfast but they ran out of waffle batter so we didn't eat much. You get what you pay for so if you are looking for a cheap hotel with no amenities you are good to book here!"

"This hotel does a great job at the basics: my room was clean and everything was in proper working order; the kitchen actually had dishes, pans, and utensils stocked in case I decided to cook; the staff was professional, polite, and helpful; and there are notable reasons to book this hotel over others next time (free use of laundry facilities, is but one example). Nobody will confuse this hotel for a luxury accommodation. But at the same time, you'll get a spacious, well-equipped room at a very competitive price. If you don't absolutely require room service or valets and you might want to take advantage of a full sized frig or make a meal, this would be an excellent choice for your next stay. "
