"Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing. We found the triple room with three singles particularly convenient for three friends traveling together. Two great restaurants right across the driveway. Close to busses and transportation. Fabulous neighborhood."

"The breakfast is a typical English breakfast with good balance of various fruits cereal bread and pastry.the room is clean but not friendly for guests who are not couples. One bed in the room is not the best when traveling without a spouse."

"From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return."
