"Love the atrium area in the back of the property with the flamingos and wild life. Pool areas were fun, and day party at the adult pool was extremely fun, just very expensive. Room was clean for the most part, but the shower with no door doesn't make sense. Floor gets soaked and wood on door frame is water damaged. "

"After switching rooms due to a sewage , like smell in our room and a missing souvenir cup. My frustrations went through the roof , but the security staff member and the front dest workers was so helpful and understanding it kept me at ease. "

"There is not a coffee maker in the room. Small thing, but I do not want to go to the casino first thing in the morning for coffee. Also, there are very few channels on the TV, and the HDMI port did not work. The bed was not the most comfortable. The hotel is clean and convenient."
