The food was trash the staff was not very friendly almost everyone was Hispanic and spoke Spanish I asked for a late checkout and was told I have to come back to the front desk the day of my departure. I called the front desk the morning of my departure just to be told “he would call back” no one called back. One morning I was working out and the treadmill wasn’t working told front desk they stated they would send someone. When he came over all he did was un-plug it and plug it back in; none of the buttons operated properly and the belt did not move Would not recommend at all convience for traveling to mall is about it if looking for comfort and quality of staff would not recommend "

"We use the hotel for overnight stays prior to a trip. Rooms are great. Parking is easy and shuttle to and from the Airport is excellent "

"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. My husband wanted to ask for another room, however I didn't want to go through the hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights and planned to be out most of the day. Very disappointed. I gave it a 3 stars because the hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly "

"This property seems to have undergone a recent renovation. Rooms are modern, clean & decent sized, cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little tricky, it's safe but right on a very busy highway, there's a target about a 10 mins walk. There's a bus stop a block away that would take you to NYC in just under 20 minutes, no pavement though, so if it's raining it could be wet & muddy. Property may pass as 3.5 star or 4 star boutique hotel in the city! Highly recommended. "

"We booked a 1-night stay through Hotels.com. We arrived late at night after my performance. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, promptly unpacked, and went to bed as I had a matinee performance the next day. Shortly after putting out the light, we were disturbed by the sound of a tram rolling by loudly. This continued the whole night. Turns out the track was right outside our window. Even with a white noise app, there was no getting away from the periodic rumblings—and yes, vibrations—of the tram service. We were too tired to get dressed and ask for another room after unpacking all our things. We tried to sleep but it was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in any hotel. The queen bed mattress wasn't even comfortable. I tried the chair instead and it was equally uncomfortable. My Apple Watch confirmed I barely slept that night. It was not the night of rest we paid for and very much needed. In the morning, when I complained to the manager, he responded "Well, you booked through a third party site. If you had gone to our site directly you would have had the option to pick a room on the other side of the hotel." Wrong answer all around. We shouldn't be penalized for using a third party site if it offered a better price. And it's simply outrageous for any hotel to offer rooms adjacent to any kind of train tracks and not make that abundantly clear on ALL site at the time of booking. Only after a great deal of back and forth did he grant us a partial refund. Never again."
