I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「I enjoyed my stay! I loved the look and feel of the hotel, I rested very very well while there. Upon arrival I was greeted very warmly by the front desk clerk. I asked was any coffee available and he preceded to brew a fresh pot and to bring extra coffee creamer!!!!!!!! The kindness of the staff was second to none! The breakfast was so plentiful and with a huge assortment and variety of everything that you could possibly imagine. When I return to the area I will only stay at this location!!!!!...
