I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.」
