「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「We had a fantastic view and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. Our drinks order got lost but the restaurant manager sorted things out pretty quickly, apologised, and made amends with an adjusted bill - much appreciated.」
