「Really awful experience. Upon check in the clerk was simultaneously having a conversation via his earbud while tintermittently asking me questions. Couldn’t tell when he was actually talking to me. Lock on room door was broken. Had to push furniture against door for security. Pool area was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere, debris in water. Mechanical lifts at pool at hot tub broken and falling apart, exposing electronics, sharp edges. NO hot water in shower. Called front desk, gentleman...
