"The room was very clean, the staff were super nice, they provided everything that was needed super quickly and efficiently. The food was good, Negril buffet style had varieties of food for us to pick from, and the resort had a bar open almost 24/7 for late night cravings. Wonderful experience."

"Water sport activities are wonderful. We did the water boarding, windsurfing and snorkeling, Colin has been very helpful throughout our one week whole staying, had a wonderful windsurfing with Dwane. The foods are good with variety, good service by Dwayne, Deron."

"Overlay nice resort. A lot of choices to pick from at the buffet just wish the food had more flavor. Love that the bathrooms were new and rooms were clean. With so many people being in the pool it was dirty so maybe cleaning the pool more often would be a good idea."

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat.
