"Staff was great at the Marlin bar Tyrese,Keanna, Roxanne and Tamara for beach service room was clean food was good pool and swim up bar needs some TLC lazy river pump does not work bars were out of certain bottles or mixes making bartenders have to run around looking at other bars for it to many restaurants closed on a daily basis"

"From the time we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a fruit punch rum drink. Our room was upgraded without having to ask. The staff for the entire trip was extremely helpful and always pleasant if any questions were asked. Food delicious! Entertainment checked off as you are never bored there. Such a amazing atmosphere we will definitely be back!"
