"This property is an apartment complex with some rooms that are offered as hotel rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, although I did not have any issues. I was on the first floor and both my patio door and bedroom window were unlocked when I checked in, which was a bit unnerving. The check in instructions are detailed and had pictures but were also a bit lengthy. The room was clean. "

"**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation! Expedia is STILL fighting to get my refund and they STILL DON'T ANSWER CALLS. I was...

"Excellent hotel "

"Our room had most annoying pipe noise that we literally left the TV on during the night . I wish the front staff would informed us a little more what the hotel offers we keep asking for information . Every thing was perfect "

"Love the shower, amazing water pressure. Good coffee in room, needs to provide at least 2 more liquid creamer pods. Parking in garage is great, but. Or obvious at first, had to repark but garage is easy and close."
