「Hotel had great reviews but the suite I got smelled musty, damp and had very loud air conditioning that made the floor in the bathroom vibrate it was so intense. The hotel staff were helpful but the two rooms I saw were in desperate need of updating, freshening and lightening up. Whatever is causing the vibrations maybe harder to solve.」

「Damp, musty smell. Carpet should be removed. I wonder if the upstairs units are the same? I'd like a lake view next time. I will be coming bk in Sept for an extended stay & would like a Lake view.」

「Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or secure stay. The unit was extremely HOT the entire time, day and night. I had my French Bulldog with me, and Frenchies are very sensitive to heat. He was panting constantly, and I was genuinely concerned about him. I would have relocated, but the city was extremely booked and I could not find another available place to stay. The floors were also noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, trash in the trash...
