"Rooms and staff were nice. It was busy due to Spring Break-food was kept up. Tables could've been cleaned a little quicker due to so many people. Service staff over the food and the bartender was super great (black lady). "

"This hotel has bed bugs and cockroaches all over common areas. We left immediately. "

"I love the location of this hotel. They have great food & drinks in the bar. They have breakfast which is free part of your stay. The room offers a clean and spacious nook for sitting and relaxing. We had a top floor with view of the freeway not too bad. The pool and hot tub is awesome. This was my 3 trip to same hotel & city and I choose them no matter what city I'm going to. Love the Drury Plaza!!!!"

"property was very clean. The staff is very friendly. The TV was basic. I tried to connect my Netflix or prime and it has that option on the controllers, but it doesn’t actually connect maybe upgrade that to have a better digital experience other than that the room was very nice of Well kept it was missing a towel hanger on the bathroom door so all my towels are consistently wet the next day I had asked for the bath soap a few times, but I was able to get at the front desk and then when I had house cleaning, they didn’t actually put it into the unit so I had a Google search how to open up that little lock to put in the soap dispenser, but I was able to do it other than that. It was great to say I would stay again, very close to lots of restaurants."

"Breakfast spread and variety can be improved. Staff not willing to deliver toiletries to room, insisted we had to pick up from reception. Insects got into room which frightened my wife and I had to spend time catching insects and pacifying. "

"I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel without a manager I’ll never stay at another Alof again next’s time I travel those will be the first thing i check 👎"
