The Celina Balloon Festival The Old Celina Park at Celina , Texas from September 12-14'th 2014. Vibrantly patterned balloons glow and undulate as propane burners pump them with hot air. This festival also has a live band, carnival rides, food, fun and frolic. Pristine cars and trucks made as early as the 1930's shine at the classic car show. Entrance fee is $5 per person for a one day entry pass. Not to be missed!!!
