「Pros: Clean modern room and amenities, nicely designed, simple in room features, free first come first serve parking in a closed/private garage. Two downsides: responses to texts takes almost an hour (do not have a call line), and lots of reminders to wash dishes used when they have a dishwasher there.」

「Toilet flooded, was moved to a different room and told I would receive a refund for that night. Air conditioning very poor in the new room and never got a refund as I was told.」
