Room was spotless, the kitchen b was stocked with plates, glasses, cups and all appliances were working well. They're bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The security process takes a little getting used to. However, the provided instructions with video were excellent. The neighborhood by the river was very walkable and we enjoyed our stay so much.

Clean room, easy instructions to check in via the email sent. Very response via text msg which made it easier to communicate the small request for thr amenities. The location was perfect for using the train to go to the stadium. Didnt use my rental much so the paid parking came in handy since there is only 2 hrs max parking outside the property.

The area was quiet and easily walkable to some good restaurants. Also close to Coors Field and Ball Arena making it a perfect spot if you are coming to town for an event so you don't have to worry about finding parking.

Our experience was exceptional. Our stay was upgraded, and the apartment was phenomenal! The room was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with our parking key, but the company addressed the issue right away and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will look for Kasa properties in the future.

Beautiful, new, clean property in a young-professional-living area (nestled among high-rise condos and nice apartments). Very walkable with great dining nearby and only a 10-minute walk from Union Station, which provides direct train to/from Denver airport. Can also walk to Ball Arena (20 minutes) and Coors Stadium (15 minutes)! Would definitely stay here again, and would live here if I could afford it!

It was a very nice loft, very secure and safe, with easily navigable walking to the stadium and to downtown dining options. We had trouble with the garage pass that unfortunately never got worked out. If not for that this would have been excellent

The room was very clean and in a great location. Very close to Union Station (7 minute walk) which is where all the tours pick up and drop off. Very safe neighbourhood which I felt comfortable walking around in the evening travelling as a solo, older female. Whole Foods is close by (8 minute walk) which was convenient for grocery shopping. I appreciated the commercial size coffee machine on the floor so I didn’t bother making it in my room. I would book here again in a heartbeat if I ever get to come back to Denver.
