「The property was excellent! Some of the bathroom fixtures need replaced and the water pressure was very low. But, it was very clean. We loved the putt putt and basketball. Only issue was taking the trash to the enclosed trash receptacles. I could not get it open. But was rescued by a very nice maintenance man, who I give a 5 stars he was very helpful and kind! I was told they are planning to add instructions to opening of the trash receptacles.」

「The security guard David is wonderful at his job. Very accommodating and takes security of the property very seriously. We very much appreciated his hospitality. The two front desk employees were excellent. They were friendly and very professional. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality on our short stay and look forward to staying here again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. These three gentlemen deserve a raise. 」

「VERY NICE, BUT LOCATION ACCESS AND DEPARTURE IS CONGESTED」

「The Baymont was one of the best places we stayed on our cross country trip. It was very close to the Biltmore and historic Asheville. The manager upon arrival was very helpful with our laundry needs and questions we had about Asheville. The staff was very friendly. The Breakfast was very diverse and good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 」

「I didn't like the fact the tub...standing inside like i was gonna fall through. And in the middle of the night, someone was standing in the room while sleeping. 」
