「Personable staff-charming and attentive to all our needs. We had everything we needed in our stop walking the Cotswold Way. We had 13 different hotels along the way and with this one it was the staff that made it a great stay.」

But the early morning when we tried to check out, there was not a single person on the reception and no one answer phone call on the emergency tel no., at last we just leave our room key on the table.」
