「Very good. Big room」

「We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. 「The front desk needs to improve the professionalism.」

「A good option for the price and its proximity to New York.」

「Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk service. The staff member repeatedly slammed the door, refused to answer basic questions, and stated she was “not in the mood” to assist us. When asked for a manager, she claimed she was the boss and refused to provide any management contact information. She also made inappropriate racist comments. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and a very disappointing experience.」

「We had an amazing stay! Owner is really nice and replied immediately to all the questions we had. Apartment is amazing and could perfectly accommodate six people. 」
